Where do the appointments take place?
We can meet you anywhere in Belgium and Paris, at your home or in a confidential location. If this isn't possible, we can also schedule an appointment via Teams or Zoom.
Are there any fees for appointments?
No, appointments are completely free and are covered by us.

We only work with natural stones that have been automatically certified by the GIA. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, as is developing a truly trusting relationship with you. Furthermore, thanks to our worldwide contacts, we guarantee prices that are two to three times cheaper than those in jewelry stores. We are able to achieve these prices because we have no intermediaries; we work directly with miners.
Can I make a custom request?
Yes. We offer a "special request" service to find a specific stone based on your criteria (type, color, carat, budget, etc.). Don't hesitate to contact us for a personalized discussion.
Are the stones treated?
We favor untreated natural stones (called no heat or untreated) for their rarity and value.
When common treatments are applied such as heating, a common treatment and the only one accepted on the world market, this is always specified transparently.
At LYT Gem, every gem is carefully examined, and no treatment is hidden.
